You and I,both of us have a dream
But many of us can't managed to find a proper job that can help us to learn some knowledge while we are working
Some they go and work blindly..and they shout out loud and said "I will achieve my target in few years time!" But after few years..they still stuck at where they start..why?because they worked hard but they did not learned anything and change their problems and mistakes..they never improve themselves..so they stuck..and never go up again...we have to read lots of books and learn something from our mistakes..besides, we have to learn something from our company too..try to ask yourself..why they are so successful?what have they done?how did they overcome the problems?
Working is not just working..
Your company is a special school that you don't have to pay any fees but you can learn a lots of things from there..
So if you found yourself working in a company that can't teach you anything..well..forget about the pay..fire your boss and find a better job for yourself because your current boss is ot a dream maker :D
